Tesla is set to introduce new safety restrictions for its Autopilot feature in a bid to reduce the risk of accidents. Following a number of widely-publicised Tesla crashes while on Autopilot this year, CEO Elon Musk pledged to focus on better educating Tesla owners on how to use Autopilot features.
