Tesla is reportedly planning a design refresh for its Model S and Model X vehicles, with the aim of harmonising the look and feel of its entire lineup. The new interior will be similar in design to the minimalist Model 3, with a horizontal centre screen and a bezel-less design. According to documents reviewed by Electrek, Tesla is aiming for the new design to be more geared towards autonomous driving. The company is also planning interior upgrades, including softer seat cushions, an improved rear seat with second-row console, and a wireless phone charger. The final design is expected to be introduced in production next year.
